		<description>I know this is an old post but I thought you might be interested to know that in England we call it a Shepherds Pie if its lamb and a Cottage Pie if its beef! :)  

Adding cheese is definitely a great idea. I have always done this and it gives you a lovely golden brown, crispy, cheesy top. Yum yum!</description>
