Hailey – I use an inexpensive Black & Decker that I’ve had for 10+ years. It’s worked great for me, though I don’t think that B & D makes the model anymore.

I was just wondering what kind of food processor you use. Mine just broke and I’m looking for something that will definetly work for making sunflower butter.

thank you so much for this! i know you wrote this a while back, but i have just found it while “googling” sugar free sunbutter! it never occurred to me to make it myself! and i just got more xylitol in the mail today! its fate:) this is going to save me tons o’ cash too!!

Perfect, I have two bags of sunflower seeds that I bought by mistake, I can use this recipe! But can I just use agave instead? I have plenty of that and not xylitol..?
