B and I just made our first visit to Wilson Farms in Lexington a couple of weeks ago. How in the world have we not visited this gem sooner? Talk about feeding the pumpkin lust! Yes, this means that you should stop here if you don’t want to see more pictures of pumpkins.
I'm Kristen, a clumsy but determined home cook and crafter living in the Boston area with my husband, B, and I have an interest in all things food and craft.
This blog was created to keep track of my various projects and adventures. They may not all be successes, but my goal is to remain unintimidated by whatever engages my curiosity.

As I previously mentioned, B and I went on vacation to the Outer Banks this September, and the October issue of Martha Stewart Living was my reading material on our flight from Boston to Richmond, Virginia. I try to pick up the October issue every year because Martha (and her helper elves) usually come up with several inspirational crafts and ideas for Halloween.
Well, it sure has been an embarrassingly long time, hasn’t it? Summer has come, summer has gone, and we’re now firmly esconced in autumn. I have so much that I want to share, both food and crafts, and hope to resume regular posting very shortly…like, any day now.
The above is a photo from our recent vacation to the Outer Banks. B and I had a wonderful time, filled with family, beaches, seashells, and pumpkins. Yes, pumpkins at the beach! Well, not really at the beach, but that story will be coming soon.
